Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Tarmac Society app, operated by Redline Design LLC (“Tarmac Society”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use Tarmac Society. To organize or take part in a drive you must be of legal driving age in your jurisdiction and hold a valid driver’s license and insurance. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use & zero tolerance
Tarmac Society includes user-generated content—profiles, photos, messages, clubs, and events. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post or send content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or that infringes others’ rights, and not to impersonate or abuse other users.
Reporting & enforcement. You can report any user or content and block any user directly in the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content—including removing it and banning the responsible user—generally within 24 hours. Blocking a user stops their messages and contact with you.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it solely to operate the app. You’re responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
4. Safety & driving
Tarmac Society is a tool for organizing group drives and discovering roads—it is not a racing, speed, or time-trial product, and we do not measure or encourage speed. You are solely responsible for your own driving. Always obey all traffic laws, posted limits, and signals, and drive safely for conditions. Never interact with the app while driving. You participate in drives at your own risk, and Tarmac Society is not responsible for the conduct of any participant.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Some features may require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including our zero-tolerance content policy.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Tarmac Society is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Design LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or participation in any drive.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
